The next Park Forest election will be held on April 1, 2025. On this year's ballot is three Village Trustees, each with a four-year term; and two Library Trustees, each with a six-year term. Election petition packets will be available for any resident interested in running for an elected office on Monday, Aug. 19, 2024.
Petitions can be circulated starting Aug. 20, 2024. The filing period for all offices is Nov. 12 – 18.
Those interested in running for office should pick-up packets in the Village Manager’s office at Village Hall, Monday through Friday, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. For more information, contact Administrative Assistant Angela Thurston at 708-283-5605.
