Park Forest hosts two on-site shredding/drug take-back events each year.
Spring Shred/Drug Take-back Event is the last Saturday of April, 10 am - 12 pm
Fall Shred/Drug Take-back Event is the first Saturday of October, 10 am - 12 pm
Location: Parking lot at the corner of Forest & Lakewood Blvd. ( Across the street from the Police station)
Paper:
Limit 2 boxes/bags of paper per vehicle.
Only sensitive paper documents, no garbage
No 3 ring binders, binder clips, or plastic sleeves
Medication:
Prescription or over-the-counter medication.
No liquids or sharps
