Park Forest Police search for bank robbery suspect

The Park Forest Police Department and the FBI are investigating the robbery of First Midwest Bank located at 2 Main St., Park Forest, on February 8, 2016 at approximately 4 p.m. A black male believed to be in his 20s entered the bank and demanded money after inferring he a weapon which was not displayed. After receiving an undisclosed amount of cash, the suspect fled northbound on foot. The Park Forest Police Department is seeking the public's help in identifying the suspect. Anyone who knows this person or may have information about this crime is urged to contact the Park Forest Police Department at 708-748-1309.
