The Village Board Meeting scheduled for Jan. 17., is canceled. However, the meeting on Jan.23 will be held remotely via Zoom at 7 p.m. due to concerns about a post-holiday surge in COVID cases.
Village Manager Tom Mick said despite the meetings going remote, residents will still be able to watch the sessions live." The Village prides itself on transparency," Mick said. "Though we're going remote temporarily, residents can access the meetings on various platforms from our live stream on the Village's website or watching on cable access." Residents who'd like to provide public comment for those two meetings can do so via email. Mick said they could email him at tmick@vopf.com by 3 p.m. on the day of the meeting, and he will read those public comments during the session.
