Commission on Human Relations seeking donations, names of families in need until Dec. 10

Coat Toy Hat Scarf drive

Are you proud to be a Park Forester?  Show your pride for being part of the Park Forest community by participating in a collection drive taking place now through Dec. 10 to benefit area children. The Park Forest Commission on Human Relations is helping to brighten the holiday season of kids, in what has been a trying year.

A Holiday Coat and Toy Drive will be collecting coats, scarves, hats, gloves, unwrapped toys, gift cards, and monetary donations.

Items may be dropped-off in the lobby of Village Hall, Nov. 1 to Dec. 10, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

To schedule a pick-up of items you’d like to donate, call 708-283-5621. 

Families In Need 

Will your family be in need of any of the items being collected this holiday season? Enter your chance to be one of 150 residents who will receive donations. Those interested may register by Dec. 10 at the link below.
