Beautification Award Committee: Evaluates and awards Beautification Awards to residents.
Cable Communications Commission: Discusses cable related issues pertaining to the negotiated cable franchise. Meets quarterly (Jan. Apr. July and Oct) on the 4th Wednesday at 7:00 p.m.
Commission on Human Relations: Addresses community relations' issues. Meets monthly on the 2nd Tuesday. at 7:30 p.m.
Economic Development Advisory Group: Discusses economic development issues in the Village. Meets on the 1st Wednesday of the month at 7:00 p.m.
Environment Commission: Assists the Village in presenting information and education to the public on matters relating to the environment of the Village. Meets monthly on the 1st Thursday at 7:00 p.m.
Housing Authority: A separate government body which meets monthly to discuss matters under their jurisdiction. Meets on even months on the 3rd Thursday at 6:00 p.m.
Plan Commission: Approves development plans and meets to discuss zoning and building related issues. Meets monthly on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday (as needed) at 7:00 p.m.
Recreation & Parks Advisory Board: Discusses matters related to the parks. Meets on the 3rd Tuesday of January, March, May, July, September and November at 7:00 p.m.
Youth Commission: Studies issues of interest to and affecting youth and young adults of the Village. Meets monthly on the 2nd Tuesday at 7:00 p.m.
Senior Citizens Advisory Commission: Assists the Village in presenting information and education to the public on matters relating to seniors. Meets monthly at the

Building on the 1st Thursday at 1:00 p.m.
Fair Housing Review Board: Meets on an as needed basis to adjudicate housing discrimination complaints.
Equal Employment
Opportunity Review Board: Meets on an as needed basis to discuss employment discrimination complaints.
Zoning Board of Appeals: Meets on an as needed basis to evaluate housing/zoning requests.
