The Park Forest Non-Partisan Committee (NPC) has announced dates for upcoming candidate forums for those running for elected offices in Park Forest in the April election. The NPC serves Park Forest by hosting public forums to provide an opportunity for candidates to meet the public, and elicits candidate statements to make it more convenient for any qualified Park Forest resident to run for public office. Due to the pandemic, the NPC will host candidate forums this year via Zoom. To view the forums live, residents should visit the NPC’s website for link information. Those forums will also be made available for viewing on the village’s website and on the local cable access channel (Channel 4 for Comcast subscribers and Channel 99 for AT&T subscribers) following each forum. Candidate statements, which describe the candidates running for office in April, can also be found on the NPC’s website located at
www.pfnpc.org. Residents with questions for candidates should submit those questions prior to the forums by emailing parkforestnonpartisancommittee@gmail.com
