Park Forest cautions residents on energy supplier letters

Electric Aggregation

The Village of Park Forest is aware of letters residents have recently received from alternative electricity supply companies. These letters are not associated with Park Forest’s recent electrical aggregation program. MC Squared, Park Forest’s supplier, has already enrolled ratepayers and residents need to take no action.

If you receive information soliciting your enrollment with other energy suppliers, be sure to read all of the terms and conditions carefully before considering enrollment. Some alternative energy suppliers charge significantly higher rates than Park Forest’s official supplier, MC Squared, and ComEd.

Again, the Village’s electricity aggregation program has already begun and residents need to take no further action. For questions, please email Park Forest’s Sustainability Office at
