PiYO, a mixture of Pilates and Yoga, gives you hard core definition, intense calorie burn, and all over strength, without weights, without jumps and without destroying the body. Deaneen Merritt instructs the class. Registration deadline: One week prior to the class start date. No class September 26 and November 21.

iBang CardIo Fitness Drumming
Come and rock out your workout with iBang Cardio Fitness Drumming. Join this lively exercise class that utilizes dance moves and cardio intervals with the fun of drumming. This workout is a 45 minute series. You can burn between 600-900 calories per hour, strengthen and sculpt muscles and drum your way to a leaner, slimmer you, all while rocking out to great music. Michelle Davis instructs the class. No class November 22 and November 23.
Multiple Class Discount: Register for 2 classes a week for $40 or 3 classes a week for $60. To receive the discount you must register in-person or over the phone with a credit card.
Drop-in fee available for $10 per class - payable to the instructor (cash only). Drop-in students must have their own equipment (65 cm exercise ball, bucket, and drumsticks).

Hi-Lo Cardio Fitness
Join in for a cardio workout that is non-stop! With hi-intensity and low impact (on joints), this aerobic exercise session uses all major muscle groups-upper and lower. We add resistance bands, weights and HIIT- to condition and produce high calorie burn for a winning combination.
Numerous health benefits are obtained from aerobic/strengthening exercise. Modifications are demonstrated. Let's not forget the MUSIC that motivates and keeps this class ROCKING! Resistance bands available for use, bring own small weights. Basic class excludes use of weights or fitness bands.
*Register for 2 Advanced classes in the same week and receive a $25 discount for the Advanced class. To receive the discount you must register in-person or over the phone with a credit card.
